I recently completed my third wilderness canoe trip with Ruby Range. (My first ended with a medical evacuation by helicopter when a staph infection on my finger went septic; it was swift and flawless.) My recent trip on the Beaver River was terrific, and just what I needed to recover from the boredom and isolation of the COVID pandemic. The scenery was spectacular, of course, my fellow paddlers were great company, the food was outstanding (barbecued ribs……on our NINTH night out!)….and guides Attila and Freddy far exceeded my expectations with their skills and knowledge, hard work, culinary abilities, and kind attention to all our wants and needs. Hoping to take another Ruby Range trip in 2023, when I’ll be 75 years old. – July 2022
